These terms cover your use of the Fitovo website and waitlist at fitovo.co, operated by Rawleaf Ltd (company no. 16998678), registered at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, which runs Fitovo ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

The waitlist

Fitovo is a fitness app in development. Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us email you updates and launch details. It is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side to buy or provide the app.

Founding 100 offer

The "Founding 100" offer (three months free and a price locked for life) is a limited early-member benefit. It applies at launch, is subject to availability, and may be varied or withdrawn beforehand. Final terms will be confirmed when the app is released.

No guarantee of launch

The app is pre-release. Features, pricing, timing, and availability may change, and we can't guarantee the app will launch or remain available in any particular region.

Not medical advice

Fitovo and this website provide general fitness and longevity information, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before changing how you train, especially if you have a health condition.

Intellectual property

The Fitovo and Rawleaf names, logos, content, and design are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Your privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
