The app

The Fitovo app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Fitovo is operated by Rawleaf Ltd (company no. 16998678), 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Support: support@fitovo.co.

Fitovo provides training guidance, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Speak to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a heart condition or have been inactive for some time.

Fitovo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

These terms cover your use of the Fitovo app and the Fitovo website at fitovo.co, operated by Rawleaf Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the app or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

Website and waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us email you updates and launch details. It is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side to buy or provide the app.

Founding 100 offer

The "Founding 100" offer (three months free and a price locked for life) is a limited early-member benefit. It is redeemed with an offer code, is subject to availability, and may be withdrawn for new members at any time. The locked-in founding price applies only for as long as your subscription remains continuously active: if you cancel or your subscription lapses, the founding price no longer applies, and any subsequent subscription will be at our standard pricing at the time.

Not medical advice

Fitovo and this website provide general fitness and longevity information, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before changing how you train, especially if you have a health condition.

Intellectual property

The Fitovo and Rawleaf names, logos, content, and design are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Your privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
